In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD from now on) and of the Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the Regulation implementing LOPD (hereinafter RDLOPD), the Spanish National Association of Furniture Manufacturers and Exporters (hereinafter ANIEME) wishes to inform users of the website the policy concerning the processing and protection of personal data of individuals who voluntarily provide their contact information, use the e-mail to contact ANIEME, fill out the information request form or use any service in this website involving the communication of personal data to ANIEME.

ANIEME informs the user of the website that this privacy policy provides an overview of aspects related to the processing of personal data carried out by ANIEME as responsible for such treatment resulting from the operation of this web site. This policy is supplemented by informative texts and those texts of informed consent solicitation that are incorporated into any data request form on this site or included in any special conditions for use of certain services. It is the responsibility of the user to read, prior to communicate his personal data to ANIEME, said informational texts. This policy is expressed and fully accepted by the user from the time, for the use of this site or any of its services, he communicates to ANIEME his personal data as such communication is voluntary. In case the user does not agree with this policy shall not use any service on this site that requires the communication of personal data to ANIEME.

The Spanish National Association of Furniture Manufacturers and Exporters (hereinafter also ANIEME) informs the user of the website that such entity is responsible for the processing of personal data carried out through this website.

3. Aims to that personal data are intended

Users who access the web site of ANIEME are not required to provide personal information to use the site, therefore any data communication to that effect it is because the user has voluntarily decided a navigation or customized use of the services.

However, ANIEME has -in particular and without limiting character- request forms of personal data to facilitate the contact with ANIEME and allow the user to send and request information, the subscription to a service of reception of commercial communications that includes the sending of news, bulletins or newsletter and / or to contact with ANIEME.

ANIEME does not request sensitive information from users, understood by it in accordance with Articles 7 and 8 of the Data Protection Act: data relating to race or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, criminal record, physical or mental health, or sexual orientation. If ANIEME requires such a sensitive information, express consent will be requested from the user to collect and use that information to inform the user previously and unequivocally upon the purpose of the collection and processing of such information. In the event that for any reason –and without having been requested by ANIEME- such information is voluntarily provided by the user to said entity, such communication will imply the existence of a manifestation of express consent by the user with respect to the processing of his data by ANIEME.

4. Information and consent

When the user does not maintain any legal relationship with ANIEME, he must take into account and he is reported that sending an e-mail to ANIEME to e-mail addresses posted on the website of ANIEME, as well as the communication by the user to ANIEME of any other personal information through any means involves or implies the provision of their free, unequivocal, specific, informed and express consent to the processing of their personal data by ANIEME.

In any case, the user must take into account that the website also publish e-mail addresses of other third parties associated with ANIEME, and sending a communication to these addresses with personal data will constitute a data processing by the responsible third parties.

In any case, personal information will only be used for limited purposes, the following:

• In particular, to respond to requests for information on fairs and other events, contact data of companies associated with ANIEME.
• Send to the user news, bulletins and newsletter related to the furniture sector of Spain and related to its partners and the products they market in relation to the mentioned sector.

• In cases where ANIEME celebrates courses, meetings, or any type of event, it will treat the data of the user that requests it, for its inscription in these.

5. Identification of the addressees for which ANIEME intends to carry out assignments or communications of data

ANIEME is only planning to make assignments or communications of data that due to Article 11.2.c. Of the LOPD must make to meet the requests of the user to communicate his data to third parties, such as for registration to events or contact with furniture companies in Spain associated with ANIEME. It will also communicate the data of the user to the Public Administrations in the cases that are required in accordance with the Legislation in force in each subject at any time and, if necessary, also to other bodies such as Control Authorities for Data Protection, Telecommunications and Information Society, Judges, Public Prosecutor, Courts, Court of Accounts or Ombudsman.

However, ANIEME informs the user that any other transfer of data to be carried out, will be brought to its attention when the LOPD so provides, informing him / her expressly, precisely and unequivocally of the recipients of the information, of the purpose for which the data will be used, and of the nature of the data transferred, or, where the LOPD so provides, previously unequivocal, specific and informed user consent is required. For these purposes, the user should pay special attention to the information provided in each case in the forms for collecting personal data published on the website.

6. Other recipients of information

ANIEME warns the user that this entity is only responsible and ensures the confidentiality, security and processing of data under this policy in respect of the personal data that it collects from the user through this web site, not having any responsibility for treatment and subsequent use of personal data by third party service providers of the society that could access such data, in some cases because the user contacts directly with these third parties through the e-mail addresses published on the website (for example through the email addresses and telephone numbers of the furniture companies in Spain associated with ANIEME) and, in other cases, due to the provision of intermediation services carried out by said third parties in the exercise of their activity.

ANIEME is not responsible for data processing carried out by third parties that establish hyperlinks to ANIEME nor of those responsible to those who through hyperlinks ANIEME refers users of its website.

Neither is ANIEME responsible for the processing of personal data made by the furniture companies in Spain associated with ANIEME who receive the user’s data through the addresses and contact telephone numbers of those companies published on the ANIEME website.

ANIEME also is not responsible for the processing of the data made by those third parties to whom ANIEME communicates the personal data of the user to carry out the user’s registration at events or fairs.

7. Follow us on social networks

Social networks are services provided by third-party providers that allow users to participate in a virtual community with other users through which they can generate their own public profile where they create and share content, information and personal data with other users of the network. In a social network you can create and share pages, accounts or profiles for personal and / or commercial purposes. The operation of the social network is regulated primarily by the conditions established by the owner and / or provider of the network and secondly, when dealing with pages, accounts or profiles for commercial purposes, by the terms and conditions set by the person in charge of the profile or commercial account that in his case will also be responsible for the processing of their data.

The user is informed that the processing of the data that is made through the pages, profiles or accounts of Mueble de España in social networks will be governed by the corresponding policies and conditions of both the official website as well as the provider and owner of each social network where appropriate, being also said owner and provider of the social network responsible for the file of the user’s personal data that are treated on the official page.

8. Personal data published on the website

In relation to personal data that may be published on the ANIEME website the user is informed that such data are part of one or more data processing owned by and responsibility of ANIEME in which they have been incorporated with the prior informed consent of the interested parties and cannot be freely treated and reproduced by the user or other third-party users – or even when reference is made to their origin – unless the prior authorization and informed consent of the person concerned is obtained.

9. Data quality

ANIEME warns the user that, except the existence of a legally constituted representation, no user may use the identity of another person and communicate his personal data, so the user must at all times keep in mind that if he uses the electronic mail and / or any of the forms published by ANIEME on the website, he can only include personal data that correspond to his own identity and are appropriate, relevant, current, accurate and true. 11. Updated data

The user is the only source of information on his personal data, so ANIEME requests that, in order to keep your data up to date and updated at all times in accordance with the principles of the LOPD (Data Protection Act), you communicate to the address indicated for the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition any variation thereof. 12. Exercising rights of opposition, access, rectification and cancellation of data

13. Additional user rights

Those users who have expressly authorized ANIEME to send commercial communications by e-mail are informed that, under Articles 21 and 22 of the LSSICE, they have the right to object to the processing of their data for promotional purposes to receive commercial communications, as well as the right to revoke at any time the consent given for this purpose by simply notifying their will to ANIEME and / or by sending an email with the subject BAJA. ANIEME informs the user that, in accordance with the provisions of the LOPD (Data Protection Act) and its implementing regulation, it has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access, given the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether arising from human action or from the physical or natural environment and that will only record personal data in files that meet the conditions which are laid down in the merited Regulation regarding their integrity and security, and those of treatment centers, premises, equipment, systems and programs. ANIEME also guarantees the user the fulfillment of the duty of professional secrecy with regard to the personal data of users and the duty to protect them.

16. Updating policies

Without prejudice to the application of specific preferred legal texts into effect as inserts informational texts in data collection forms, as well as in the conditions of particular services, ANIEME periodically will update this policy of privacy and processing of personal data of the website users. Any changes to this policy will be posted on the ANIEME website.

In any case, it will be the user’s responsibility to periodically access ANIEME Privacy Policies published, to always know the last version.
