The OBI outdoor seating collection, designed by Ludovica+Roberto Palomba and inspired by the belt of the traditional Japanese kimono, expands this year with the addition of two new dining armchairs.

Both models share a high-resistance aluminum structure and a backrest reminiscent of the collection’s signature tight belt. The difference lies in the legs: one chair features four slender, slightly tapered legs, while the other has a sled base for added stability.

As with the other pieces in the collection—including the easy chair, two-seater sofas, XL sofas, and a variety of modular elements—we have developed a distinctive Premium Belt. This new textured band, carefully hand-stitched and wider than the original, enhances the collection’s Japanese-inspired elegance even further.
