The offices of the real estate company Área Inmobiliaria have been redesigned in an industrial style reminiscent of New York in the 1950s using furniture from VICAL‘s VICAL Home collection. These include the IVALO bookcase, the CHADRON chair, the XUZHOU wardrobe, the KURZA sofa and the XUZHOU sideboard. A harmonious set of VICAL lamps was also chosen and used both in the main room and in the adjoining offices to harmonise and soften the space.

The combination of straight lines, high ceilings and a fusion of noble elements such as wood and steel have turned the interior design of the Área Inmobiliaria offices into a trend.
