Krassnoff House is a residential project located in Miami, Florida, United States. The project, dated 2024, incorporates decorative architectural finishes into the building’s exterior, with particular attention to the treatment of its façade.

PANESPOL’s CONCRETE decorative panels were used to clad the building’s exterior façade. Part of the brand’s BETON range, the panels reproduce the appearance of concrete through a textured surface and linear relief, bringing visual depth and definition to the external walls.

The cladding forms part of the building’s architectural envelope, creating a concrete-effect finish without relying on exposed structural concrete as the decorative surface. The panels contribute to a consistent contemporary appearance across the areas of façade where they have been installed.
