Marqués de Falces Apartments is a set of six fully refurbished rental apartments in Granada, located in a historic building close to the city’s Gran Vía. Conceived for tourist and mid-stay lets, the project aimed to deliver a consistent, contemporary interior identity while respecting the building’s original fabric.

Casual Solutions furniture was specified across the apartments to support day-to-day use in compact living, dining and sleeping areas. The selection prioritises practical storage, durable finishes and comfortable seating to suit short- and medium-length stays, with pieces integrated as part of the overall fit-out delivered by the interior design team.
