My ŌTEL North Coast is a beachfront boutique hotel on Egypt’s North Coast, located at KM173 on the Alexandria–Marsa Matruh Road. The hotel is presented with an opening in Summer 2025 and is structured around outdoor living, sea views, pool areas and guest relaxation.

The project is defined by white architecture, open terraces and large poolside areas. This restrained palette connects the building, water and furniture, creating visual continuity across the hotel’s outdoor hospitality spaces.

Vondom furniture is installed across the poolside, terraces and outdoor dining areas. The project features the Vineyard, Faz, Africa and Ulm collections; Vineyard Daybeds create shaded rest points by the water, while Faz and Africa sun loungers organise the solarium and pool areas.

Africa chairs and armchairs complete the dining and terrace settings, providing seating suited to high-use hospitality spaces while maintaining the white, continuous visual language of the project.
