Completed in 2025, this financial firm’s New York headquarters spans nine contiguous floors within a recently constructed Manhattan tower. M Moser Associates developed the workplace around a people-first approach, creating a restrained, performance-led environment focused on comfort, adaptability and wellbeing.

VICCARBE’s ALETA EXECUTIVE chairs, designed by Jaime Hayon, furnish the executive boardroom, where they provide supportive seating for extended meetings while maintaining the understated character of the wider workplace.

ALETA EXECUTIVE also has an independently verified Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), providing environmental information including carbon and water footprints and recyclability. This supported the project’s sustainability objectives and the headquarters’ LEED v4 Gold certification.
