PLMdesign Barcelona opens its new showroom in Barcelona

In June, furniture specialist PLMdesign Barcelona, a brand of the PILMA Group, inaugurated its new showroom and presented its latest collections and the prototypes of new armchairs to a large representation of national and international professionals of the interior design industry.

The new showroom, which is located in the Eixample District, one of the most elegant and vibrant areas in Barcelona, has a surface of 500 m2 and occupies the ground floor of the PILMA store on the number 1 of Valencia Street, the first point of sale of the group opened in 1974.

This new showroom is a significant move of the brand that aims at consolidating its position in the market by offering a richer catalogue of products and a better service and customer experience to its growing client base.

The space is welcoming, and its spaciousness allows the firm to display all the new collections of the PLMdesign Barcelona’s catalogue, including the LUCCA and POND armchairs, the GANT chair, the DENVER lamps, the KUBIKO extendable tables and the MOVES modular sofas, among many others.

On exhibition there are also the new models which have been incorporated to the classic lines of the brand: the FUSION wardrobes and the CUTE tables.

PLMdesign Barcelona intends to surprise its clientele each year with new exclusive products and new attractive additions to the catalogue.

The prototypes of the new armchairs, which have been exclusively designed for the brand by the students of ELISAVA (Barcelona School of Design & Engineering) and are planned to be launched in the coming months, represent an important step forward in the commercial strategy of the brand as it turns from being a simple furniture editor into a developer of its own designs.
