60 Balconies is a project lead by 3 1 1 Studio, platform formed by the architects José Ignacio Braquehais, Juan José García-Aranda and Sara Solé Wert. It is an urban accomodation space that offers the traveler the opportunity to live in Madrid like a local, with all the services offered by hotels but without having to give up the comfort, privacy and the space. The goal is to offer the comfort and exclusivity provided by hotels to clients, at the same time of the charm and the atmosphere of a private home.

GAN uses the PALERMO, SIOUX and DUNA rugs from the KILIM collection to decorate these vacational apartments in Madrid.
