Tritium Winery is located in Cenicero, La Rioja, and was completed in 2024. Designed by Francesc Rifé Studio, the project combines the refurbishment of a pre-existing historic building with a new volume clad in charred wood, conceived to support a renewed wine tourism programme within the winery. The intervention also incorporates reception and multi-purpose spaces for dining, tastings and training.

Omelette Editions furniture is installed in the winery’s tasting and dining areas, where chairs, tables and bar seating help organise the space for guided tastings, informal hospitality and visitor use. The furniture contributes to a restrained interior defined by dark timber finishes, measured lighting and a clear spatial rhythm.
