Casa Franqueira is a private single-storey residence in Illa de Arousa, in the province of Pontevedra, Galicia. Designed by Paco Galiñanes Estudio, the house sits in a low-density residential setting and organises its main living spaces towards a private garden, using granite and full-height glazing to connect the interior with the exterior.

BIVAQ’s GARDA collection, designed by Joan Gaspar, was specified for the garden area. The installation includes the Garda 3 seater sofa, Garda lounge sofa, Garda footstool and Garda low table 65×65; the seating pieces use extruded aluminium structures, sling bases and removable cushions, supporting a functional outdoor lounge area in direct relation to the house and garden.
