Located in Cabo San Lucas, in Baja California Sur, Grand Velas Boutique Hotel is an adults-only, all-inclusive hotel on the Los Cabos coast. Opened in December 2023, the property comprises 79 suites and was conceived as a terraced building that steps down towards the Sea of Cortez.

Andreu World furniture is integrated into the hotel’s hospitality interiors through a selection that includes Alya, Capri Executive, Brandy, Raglan Home, Adela Rex, Solo Chair, Sir and Reverse Conference pieces. The range combines seating, soft seating and tables suited to shared-use areas within the hotel, contributing to a consistent interior language across lounge, dining and meeting settings.
