Set in the Austrian Tyrol, the four-star Hotel Kaiser demonstrates how high-performance outdoor furniture can be specified across both interior and exterior spaces, creating a coherent design language throughout the project. From lounges and communal interiors to terraces overlooking the Alpine landscape, the furniture reinforces the hotel’s contemporary character while responding to the demands of a mountain hospitality environment.

Throughout the project, VONDOM combines the MILOS collection by Jean-Marie Massaud with AFRICA lounge chair and MARI-SOL tables, both designed by Eugeni Quitllet. The sculptural forms of MILOS, inspired by geological erosion, establish a natural dialogue with the surrounding landscape, while the lightweight Africa seating and the clean architectural lines of the Mari-Sol tables provide versatility across a variety of settings. Their seamless integration indoors and outdoors illustrates the growing role of outdoor furniture as an architectural specification, offering designers durable, weather-resistant collections that deliver the same aesthetic and functional qualities across every space.
