Set on the slopes of Mount Ulia in San Sebastián, Mendi Argia is a boutique hotel housed in a restored early 20th-century neo-Basque villa. Opened in 2020, the hotel combines indoor lounges, terraces and poolside areas within a small-scale hospitality setting overlooking the city.

Ondarreta furniture is used across the hotel’s shared interiors and outdoor spaces. The project includes pieces from the GUMI collection, together with JUNO tables, as well as DRY and ALO Outdoor Lounge references, creating a consistent seating and support system for lounges, guest areas and terraces.
