Testa HQ is the corporate headquarters of Testa Residencial, located in Madrid. Completed in 2024, the project redefines the workplace as a flexible and welcoming environment, combining collaborative areas, informal meeting zones and social spaces designed to support daily interaction and employee wellbeing. The interior concept prioritises openness, natural light and material warmth, creating a balanced atmosphere between functionality and comfort.

Bõln furniture was integrated throughout the office communal and breakout areas, providing modular seating solutions tailored to different modes of use, from informal meetings to individual work and social interaction. The installation features modular polyurethane foam seating from the Sarek collection, selected for its adaptability, durability and comfort in high-frequency office environments. The furniture contributes to a cohesive spatial language while allowing flexible configurations that can evolve with the needs of the workspace.
