ALAT, the new stylish garden sofa by CALMA

With ALAT (winged in Catalan) you can really give wings to your imagination and create a perfect lounge space in your outdoors. Created by young designer Andreu Carulla for the Catalonia-based outdoor manufacturer CALMA, the ALAT sofa stands out for its unconventional design that maximise luxury, comfort and style.

If your challenge is creating a relaxing, informal outdoor lounge, ALAT is the best option to make it a reality. The new proposal is all but run-of-the-mill with its unconventional design that invites guests to embrace relaxation and the “lounge” mentality.

ALAT is a collection of outdoor four-and five seater lounge sofas of great dimensions with upward lateral modules which allows a new, different use for lounging, easy relaxation and gatherings in gardens and open spaces.

It features a structure made of powder coated aluminium, which is offered in two different textured finishes, white and charcoal. The robust, resistant support is available in two sizes, 110X350 cm and 110X450 cm. On demand, modules can be combined to obtain a larger configuration, adaptable to different environments.

Structure and cushions have been designed to withstand the stress of outdoor living and extreme weather conditions. The seat cushions are made of multi-density comfort foam protected by an inner waterproof cover. The external upholstery can be chosen in two different fabrics: Silvertex vinyl, available in white (Ice), or the acrylic Sunbrella Savane, zinc colour.

The ALAT collection can be combined with the CIRCUS side tables and the UNA coffee table to configure a space that evokes luxury, style and comfort.
