DUE from CALMA, the comfortable way to enjoy dining in the sun

The magic thing about dining outdoors is that it makes the transition from summer to autumn even more enjoyable drawing you out into the porch, garden and pool deck for a more immersive experience. If you’re lucky enough to have a larger garden or a poolside patio, there’s plenty you can do to infuse style and functionality into your outdoor area.

With its contemporary, refined design the DUE collection, a new creation by CrosCalogero for Catalonia-based outdoor furniture manufacturer CALMA, is the perfect option to create an attractive corner and amp up the warm-weather vibe. In its captivatingly stylish design clean, pure lines and bending contours fuse to embrace and accommodate the body in a very easy, natural way, providing ergonomics and comfort in outdoor spaces.

To achieve this result, the designers, CrousCalogero, have combined aluminium, thermo-sealed sling fabrics and HPL, all of them materials that provide an optimal performance due to their resistance, lightness and corrosion-proof properties.

The collection consists of matching stackable armchairs and a dining table that comes in two different dimensions: 192X98 and 265X98. This means you don’t have to spend your time wondering which chairs match which table. Just pick out one of the 2 different colour options that suit best your style and space.

The chair features a structure made of power coated aluminium while the seat and the backrest are made of pre-stressed Batyline ISO fabrics with heat-sealed seams. It is available in 2 different finishes: with white or taupe structure and fabric.

The DUE table consists of a tubular structure in powder coated aluminium with a 10mm thick HPL table top. In order to match the chairs, table too are offered in 2 finishes: with white or taupe structure and white or Décor Wood top.

To enhance the dining area created with the DUE collection consider framing it with other furniture, lighting and accessories from CALMA, such as the FLO flower pots, the LLUM outdoor lamps and the OM parasols. This way a simple dining space can easily turn into a welcoming nook to have breakfast in the morning, sip a glass of white wine with friends or just entertain.
