Feria Hábitat València 2025: Where Indoor Comfort Meets Outdoor Design
Can a lounge chair make you dream of siestas in the shade? Can a daybed redefine how we relax outside? At Feria Hábitat València 2025, the line between indoor and outdoor design continues to blur, as leading Spanish brands present their latest collections that bring home-level comfort, elegance, and craftsmanship to open-air environments.
This curated selection of outdoor furniture and accessories highlights a growing demand for high-end, design-led solutions in terraces, hotel patios, rooftop lounges and contemporary contract settings. Sculptural silhouettes, advanced technical materials, and modular layouts meet warm Mediterranean inspiration, soft ergonomics and natural textures. These pieces don’t just furnish the outdoors—they elevate it. Ready to see Spain’s coolest new outdoor ideas?
MERIDIES by Roberto Lazzeroni x EXPORMIM — Sculptural Wood, Summertime Nostalgia
A summer dream in sculpted wood and Mediterranean soul, MERIDIES by Roberto Lazzeroni is the new outdoor collection from EXPORMIM that invites us to slow down and savour the moment. Inspired by the traditional use of rattan—Expormim’s signature material—but crafted entirely in FSC® certified sapelli wood, this collection blends nostalgia and innovation with refined elegance.
The Latin word meridies refers to both “midday” and “a shaded spot to rest”—perfectly capturing the essence of this collection. It includes sculptural lounge pieces and a series of side and coffee tables made in ceramic and natural travertine, a material rich in texture and authenticity. With curves that echo petals, seeds and leaves, Meridies conveys a deep sense of softness and lightness.
Its delicate artisanal details, generous upholstery and semicircular backrests are designed for maximum comfort. But its most distinctive feature lies in its ability to bridge worlds: Meridies is a true transitional collection, conceived to dissolve the barrier between indoor and outdoor living, in step with today’s architectural and lifestyle trends.
SERRA Armchair by Kar Durán & Miguel López x SKLD Studio — A Tribute to Rattan, with a Contemporary Twist
Tradition and the use of rattan are also at the heart of SERRA, a bold and expressive collection by SKLD Studio designed by Miquel López & Kar Durán. Drawing inspiration from the classic Mediterranean rattan chair, Serra reinterprets a familiar shape with contemporary clarity, blending memory, materiality and fun.
Its tactile woven seat evokes childhood summers and family rituals, while the aluminium frame and 6mm Polyrod weave ensure resistance and lightness. Tapered metal legs contrast with the basket-like seat to create a warm yet modern silhouette, offered in off-white and deep burgundy.
One of the most complete collections by SKLD, SERRA includes sofas, lounge chairs, sunloungers, daybeds, coffee and side tables, dining tables and chairs in various sizes—making it ideal for a wide range of applications, from hospitality to residential terraces. Designed to wrap, cradle and delight, SERRA is where heritage meets bold creativity.
HABANA Cabana, in collaboration with Gensler x iSiMAR — Architecture, Rest and Radical Versatility
With HABANA, the boundaries between indoors and outdoors blur even further, as the line between work and leisure simply fades away. Created in collaboration with global design firm Gensler, this daybed by iSiMAR is more than furniture—it’s a sculptural refuge where privacy and openness coexist.
Made from galvanised steel wire, powder-coated in polyester, and both recycled and recyclable, HABANA is engineered for resilience and sustainability. Its trapezoidal silhouette, inspired by Mediterranean lightness and Caribbean warmth, creates a shaded oasis, projecting a play of light and shadow that evolves with the day.
This piece offers more than just rest. With a simple shift in orientation, HABANA becomes a space divider that works equally well in hospitality, wellness, or contemporary workspaces. A true hybrid piece for hybrid lifestyles.
HOLI Rug by Ignasi Soler x NOW Carpets — Colour, Movement and Smart Zoning
What better way to define outdoor spaces than with colour, texture and creativity? Designed by Ignasi Soler for NOW Carpets, the HOLI Rug Collection celebrates spontaneity and sensory harmony with a collection of rugs that bring vibrancy and energy to any open-air setting.
Inspired by the joy and movement of the Holi festival, each rug in the collection combines expressive organic forms with daring colour combinations. Whether in flowing curves or geometric patterns, each piece captures the emotion of pigment in motion.
Crafted in hand-tufted and kilim techniques, and made with PET fibres suitable for outdoor use, HOLI rugs are customisable in size and designed for maximum durability. They’re more than decorative accents—they are tools to define, connect and elevate outdoor living areas.
From wood-crafted lounge collections to nostalgic chairs, sculptural daybeds and vibrant rugs, this curated selection marks the evolution of Spanish outdoor design into a world where comfort, beauty and innovation coexist under open skies.
