IMM Cologne 2013: a promising start of the year for Spain’s furniture brands

Twenty-nine Spanish furnishing companies have chosen IMM Cologne as its start to the business year 2013. And they are likely to be right, as the first furnishing show of the year has proved to be a successful business platform. Spain will be also present in the international kitchen show LivingKitchen, that will be held alongside with IMM from the 14^th to the 20^th January 2013. With more than 1.150 exhibitors from 50 different countries and a total exhibition surface of 231.800 sqm, IMM Cologne, that will take place in January 14 to 20, has confirmed itself as the main furniture fair for the German market, but also as an international platform for furniture design.

Considering that Germany ranks third among Spain’s furniture main markets and that the German real estate and hospitality sectors are growing significantly, Spanish companies have increased their presence at the show, responding also to the latest successful performances of IMM Cologne, that over the latest years has regained its leading role in the furnishing industry.

Spain’s furnishing offer will be on show both at Imm and Livingkitchen with a group of 29 companies that will unveil their broad range of new interior design concepts and products in halls 1, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10 and 11.
