VINT dining armchair | BIVAQ

TEJA collection by La Mamba Studio

TEJA is the new collection designed by La Mamba Studio for BIVAQ. Hand in hand with the Spanish company, the specialists in product design have been inspired by the different textures that can be found in the Mediterranean landscape to design these pieces. The overlapping planes on the coast’s roofs, but also on the small porch areas that characterize Mediterranean terraces, together with the wood, rope and metal which are usually present in these spaces, have been an inspiration to create the TEJA collection.

TEJA armchair | BIVAQ

Serenity, functionality, and comfort describe all the components of this brand-new collection made up of dining chairs, low chairs, sofas, bar stools and low tables. Each of them is hand-woven, in a completely handmade way, in BIVAQ’s facilities placed in Barcelona. All the structures are made with extruded aluminum and finished with polyester powder painting and the bases of the sofas are available in painted aluminium or iroko wood selected from controlled and sustainable plantations.

The cushions, made of acrylic fabrics, are completely suitable for outdoor use just as the marine rope used in this collection which guarantees maximum durability and resistance to the most extreme weather conditions.

ILLA collection by Andrés Bluth

The designer Andrés Bluth is one of BIVAQ’s main collaborators. The Spanish designer signs many of the best-selling collections of the company such as VINT, SIT, NAK, MOOD and ILLA. Regarding the latter, this new collection comes from the idea of creating a high performance, elegant furniture collection suitable both for outdoor and indoor.

With a very contemporary, sophisticated aesthetic, SIT collection’s sturdy structure is made of extruded and welded aluminum, and coated with polyester paint. The vinytex or acrylic cover contains a waterproof layer which adds even more qualities to the well-known resistance to weather and sunlight typical of this material.
