Inaugurated in June 2022, the ESC LaLiga & NBA Complex marks a world-first partnership between two of the most iconic global sporting institutions. Located just 35 minutes from central Madrid, this state-of-the-art campus has become an international benchmark for the academic and athletic development of young talent from around the world. The complex includes a high-performance residence for up to 450 athletes, with ensuite double rooms and high-speed Wi-Fi, alongside premium facilities such as a professional gym, swimming pool and a 200-capacity dining hall. A variety of communal areas, including game rooms and dedicated chill-out zones, support relaxation, recovery and social interaction.

The shared spaces—reception, lounge areas, gaming zones and dining facilities—have been furnished with solutions from the Spanish brand BOLN. Modular pieces from the SAREK and ABISKO collections were selected for their durability, comfort and adaptability, responding to the intensive daily use of the complex while maintaining a contemporary, functional aesthetic. Manufactured using BOLN’s high-resilience polyurethane foam, the furniture integrates seamlessly into the interior concept developed by Stone Designs, reinforcing both performance and wellbeing within the shared environments.
