Located at 21 rue Vercingétorix in Paris, Drawing House is a 143-room, four-star hotel in the Gaîté-Montparnasse district. Part of the Drawing Hotels Collection, it brings together hospitality, contemporary art and spaces for stays, dining, seminars and events.

The interior design was developed by Nido Architecture, with a material palette centred on noble finishes and artworks integrated into the shared areas and bedrooms. Akaba furniture is integrated into the hotel’s shared interior spaces, particularly the seminar and meeting areas through flexible seating arrangements that support presentations, workshops and conference layouts, allowing the rooms to adapt to different uses while maintaining visual consistency. Lounge armchairs are also used in smaller breakout or waiting settings within the same interior language, helping to reinforce the calm and functional character of the project.
