Located in Zurich’s City West district, Novotel Zurich City West is a contemporary hotel designed to respond to the needs of both business and leisure travellers. Renovated communal areas form the social heart of the hotel, offering flexible environments for meeting, relaxing and informal work. The interior concept prioritises comfort, fluid circulation and visual warmth, creating welcoming spaces that remain functional throughout the day and evening.

The common indoor and outdoor areas have been furnished with modular seating solutions by Bõln, a Spanish brand specialising in high-performance polyurethane furniture. The project features pieces from the Abisko and Vistas collections, composed of modular seats made from high-resilience polyurethane foam. These elements were selected for their durability, ease of maintenance and adaptability, allowing the spaces to be reconfigured according to different uses while maintaining consistent comfort and a cohesive aesthetic. Their suitability for both interior and exterior environments reinforces the continuity between the hotel’s indoor lounges and outdoor terraces.
