Located in Albalat dels Sorells (Valencia), the Mercadona headquarters -Spain’s major supermarket chain-  span over 80,000 m² and stand as a benchmark for contemporary office design focused on employee well-being and environmental harmony. Designed by Erre Arquitectura with interiors by Valmam, the project integrates landscaped courtyards and shared spaces that foster rest, interaction, and collaboration.

To furnish these outdoor environments, Vondom supplied contract furniture produced locally in Beneixida. The installation includes the STONE collection by Stefano Giovannoni and Elisa Gargan—characterised by its organic forms and timeless appeal—alongside FAZ tables by Ramón Esteve and AFRICA chairs by Eugeni Quitllet, which combine ergonomic comfort with clean, sculptural lines. The harmonious blend of these elements results in functional, elegant, and climate-conscious spaces that reflect Mercadona’s commitment to sustainability and human-centred design.
