BELTA FRAJUMAR unveils its new living and hospitality furniture collections
A family-owned business based in Yecla (Murcia), BELTÁ FRAJUMAR has specialized in the manufacture of sofas, armchairs, tables and furniture accessories for the home and hospitality markets. Strongly committed since their foundation in 1967 to quality, design and innovation, they have always researched extensively to produce beautiful pieces that will stand the test of time in terms of aesthetics and functionality.
Although craftsmanship and attention to detail play still a big role in all their collections, in recent years the company has focused its strategy on forging lasting collaborations with designers that bring to their products the commercial values promoted by design itself. Design, quality and impeccable execution are therefore what differentiate them from the competition, bringing uniqueness and originality to the final products and ensuring solid and continuous growth to the company – which is now present in more than 30 countries all around the world.
2002 marked another milestone in the strategy of the firm. Formerly known as FRAJUMAR, it changed its name to BELTÁ FRAJUMAR and started a new line of business focused on the hospitality sector. In close collaboration with interior designers, designers and architects, they develop, manufacture and assemble furniture and highly customized solutions for hotel projects, tourist apartments, restaurants and public spaces. The great competence achieved in this industry allows them to deal with different types of projects, always offering solutions that goes far beyond supplying comfortable furniture and a pleasant decor. They strive to create meaningful experience for clients by adding undeniable value to spaces.
No wonder BELTÀ FRAJUMAR furniture products have been used in the refurbishment of hotels owned by renowned international chains like Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Barceló Hotels & Resorts, Four Seasons, Eurostars Hotels, NH Hotels, Meliá Hotels & Resorts, just to name a few. The company works with all these groups to develop bespoke solutions based around a particular overall look that is required or on a specific experiential design. Some of the most iconic models of the HOSPITALITY Collection, such as LOOK, WELL, ERNE, BLOM and POET, are all aimed at adding a visual and functional value both to living and hotel environments.
LOOK sofa & armchairs. By Vicente Gallega
Featuring an impressive design, made of pure lines and geometric shapes, the LOOK collection includes sofas and armchairs in various sizes to make the products easily adaptable to multiple spaces and specific requirements.
The structure is made of solid brushed pine wood with edging in friction areas to prolong the life of suspensions, which are formed by NEA elastic straps (webbing). To obtain a balance between firmness and comfort, the seat and the backrest are filled with medium density foam which is covered with silicone fibres to add wrinkle resistance.
The LOOk sofas and armchairs can come upholstered in different fabrics to add further interest. Legs too are available in two different materials: solid beech wood or stainless steel.
WELL sofa. By Javier Herrero
Based on organic forms, the WELL sofa stands out for its fluid silhouette that gently supports users and is also extremely comfortable to sit on.
Its structure, made of solid wood and covered with HR 30kg/m3 foam, rest on elegant turned ash wood legs that add visual lightness to its look.
The seat and backrest cushions are made from HR 35kg/m3 foam with an extra layer of viscoelastic to provide different comfort levels. Internal innovation includes a suspension system with NEA elastic straps.
ERNE armchair. By Arbel Team
Experts in ergonomics, the designers at Arbel know that sitting comfortably is of the utmost importance in the hospitality market. Powerful and charming, the ERNE armchair features a cubic design that evokes the classic modern tradition of the ‘50s.
Thanks to its pure lines and harmonious proportions, ERNE is suited to the widest variety of environments and interiors while always offering superb comfort and style. Its solid body sits on a delicate, elegant swivel base which gives the piece a touch of elegance and is available in different finishes.
ERNE has a pine wood frame and cushions come padded with HR 30 kg/m3 foams with overlapping 300 gr siliconized fibres for a softer feeling at sit.
BLOM armchair. By Alejandro Azorín
A mix of elegance and quality. Inspired by classic mid-century designs, the high-backed BLOM armchair has been designed with an emphasis on maximum comfort as well as classic detailing, re-interpreted for now. Its sturdy upholstered structure hosts a softer inside that ensures a great sitting comfort.
The high backrest, the seat cushion and the upholstered rounded armrest are perfectly balanced by the solid base which is available in two different options: swivel, finished in sycamore wood, or weathering COR-TEN steel or epoxy painted iron; and fixed with legs made of ash wood.
Upholstered with foam D30 kg/m3, the solid wood structure has suspensions made of elstic NEA straps. The removable seat cushions come padded with foam D35 kg/m3 with cover made of silicon fibres for a cozier, warmer feel. A two-seater sofa is also available.
POET desk. By Lluis Codina
With its sober, contemporary design and subtle ergonomic details, the practical POET desk makes for a striking and functional workstation — perfect for creative professionals, students and remote workers alike. POET makes also a functional addition to any contemporary guest rooms in hotels.
Its spacious top offers ample storage on two levels and is ideal to keep working devices and papers organized. Its clean, pure lines are perfect to highlight the quality of natural wood – in this case, solid ash wood coming from responsibly managed forests- that can be finished in different ways: natural, cherry, walnut and oak.
Its angular silhouette is also accentuated by the turned, tilted legs that are joined to the plank top by Allen screws.
