CALMA presents the NUA SOIREE lounge chair and the CIRCUS stackable tables

Designed by Ferran Serra for the Spanish outdoor furniture specialist CALMA, the NUA SOIRÉE lounge chair is a new addition to the NUA line. It has a strong tubular aluminium frame powder coated in white.

Unlike previous NUA models, the NUA SOIRÉE armchair features a more compact look and has comfortable outdoor cushions covered in either Dusk Blue or Grey Chiné Sunbrella Natté fabrics.

Sunbrella® is a thickly woven acrylic fabric whose fibres are saturated to the core with highly UV-stable pigments that make the fabric resistant to fading and the degrading effects of sunlight. Sunbrella fabrics are engineered to resist also mould and mildew.

To distinguish NUA SOIRÉE from the previous models, the Batyline® version is now called NUA SPORT whereas the model upholstered with Sunbrella Jacquard fabrics has changed its name into NUA VINTAGE.

The NUA SOIRÉE outdoor lounge set can be beautifully complemented by the CIRCUS small outdoor tables, a creation by Andreu Carulla designed to add function and style to outdoor spaces.

CIRCUS is a collection of 3 outdoor side tables with a structure made of 12mm solid steel rods, galvanised and painted in any of the colours of the chart. The top features a weather resistant surface made of 10mm TRESPA®. It comes with some fittings that allow to mount and change the top without either tools or screws.

The CIRCUS tables have been conceived to be enjoyed separately, piled up or as a set. The big advantage of their design is that the top can be changed very easily in case you need to adapt the tables to other environments.

NUA and CIRCUS are a perfect combination to fill up a corner while serving as a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the day al fresco.
