January 20 / 2015

Unique, bold, utterly glamorous, GUADARTE’s collections are all but conventional with products ranging from chaises longues and sofas to chairs, lighting, paintings and even a choice of attractive chandeliers. Inspired to Baroque, the new additions to the NEO BAROQUE collection are aimed to create different mood by using contrasting colours, attractive fabrics and a choice of real objets d’art: busts, urns, crystal wares, paintings sconces, lamps… All in all, a real treat for the senses. Hall 4 Côté Déco – Stand D2 / F1

With NEO BAROQUE, the successful collection designed by Belgian Jos Van Dijck for the brand, GUADARTE reinterprets the essence of Baroque taking the Baroque’s cultural models and the classic themes to the extreme. A sense of hypertheatralisation and drama, a mix of curvaceous lines, unexpected decorative solutions, heterogeneous elements, and bold fabrics take the scene and give a new intriguing twist to luxury home-décor.

Classic furniture is given an urban twist with the use of contrasting colours, such as the matt-black lacquers and the white or eye-catching green, turquoise, red or violet fabrics and upholsteries.

The cast-iron elements, the velvet sofas and armchairs and armchairs as well as the amazing chandeliers and the Baroque-inspired paintings keep the scheme sophisticated and chic while adding new vibes to glam ambiences.
