Maison&Objet Paris 2026: Spanish Design Between Heritage and the Future

December 19 / 2025

Design that looks forward often begins by looking back. From 15 to 19 January 2026, Maison&Objet returns to Paris, bringing together 2,300 brands from 145 countries and reaffirming its role as the global meeting point for design, decoration, and the art of living. Defined by excellence, craftsmanship, and creative transmission, the fair once again offers an international showcase where tradition and innovation enter into dialogue.

Under the theme “Past Reveals Future“, Maison&Objet 2026 highlights creators and companies that reinterpret centuries-old know-how through a contemporary lens. Across 7 halls and 6 curated sectors, the fair unfolds as an immersive experience in which materials, gestures, and ideas converge to shape new ways of inhabiting the world.

This vision resonates strongly with Spanish design, where craftsmanship, material intelligence, and contemporary thinking coexist naturally. Spanish brands arrive in Paris with proposals that combine technical mastery, concept-driven designs, and a clear international outlook, positioning Spain as a relevant voice within the global design landscape.

A Strong Spanish Presence at Maison&Objet 2026

Spain will once again play a prominent role at Maison&Objet, with 122 Spanish brands participating in the 2026 edition. Of these, 25 companies will exhibit under the Furniture from Spain brand, with a notable presence in the fair’s key sectors, particularly Decor & Design and Signature & Projects.

Spanish exhibitors reflect the diversity and maturity of the sector, presenting collections that range from outdoor furniture and contract solutions to decorative art, rugs, and conceptual living proposals. Their presence underscores Spain’s capacity to respond to the demands of a global market while maintaining a strong design identity rooted in culture and craftsmanship.

Meanwhile, MUSOLA, CALMA, and RESOL embody a Mediterranean sensibility rooted in comfort, durability, and versatility, offering outdoor solutions conceived for relaxed living and everyday use in both private and professional environments.

In the field of decorative expression, NOVOCUADRO and PERSPECTIVA 10 present original artworks that blur the boundaries between art and interior design, while GAN brings its distinctive approach to designer rugs, combining traditional textile techniques with contemporary aesthetics.

Upholstery brand ORMOS’s contributes with sofas designed to balance comfort, design, and adaptability to diverse interior projects.

The Spanish presence is further enriched by ELEMENT, a brand focused on author-driven design, working through capsule collections and limited editions with a strong conceptual and editorial dimension. Its approach exemplifies a growing interest in collectible design and narrative-driven furniture.

France: A Strategic Market for Spanish Furniture

Maison&Objet also provides a strategic platform to reinforce commercial ties with France, Spain’s leading export destination for furniture. With exports reaching €612 million, France accounts for 26.3% of Spanish furniture exports, registering a +1% increase in purchases between January and September 2025.

This strong performance highlights the relevance of the French market for Spanish manufacturers and confirms the importance of Maison&Objet as a key meeting point for consolidating relationships, exploring new opportunities, and reinforcing Spain’s position within the European design landscape.

Furniture from Spain: Heritage Shaping the Future

In an edition that celebrates continuity, transmission, and creative evolution, Spanish brands arrive at Maison&Objet 2026 with a clear message: design draws strength from its origins to move forward with confidence.
