Expormim Enhances Hotel Spaces in Berlin and Paris
- Berlin and Paris, Germany and France
- Typology: Hospitality
Located in Berlin’s East Side Gallery, the Locke Hotel, designed by Grzywinski+Pons, features 176 studios and suites with innovative public spaces. Its design, influenced by the nearby Berlin Wall, includes the pastel pink FONTAL rattan armchair by Oscar Tusquets Blanca and the vibrant green GRES stool by Miguel Milá.
In Paris, the renovated Hôtel de Buci in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, redesigned by Studio CMPS, blends classic Parisian elegance with modern touches. In the restaurant, envisioned as a luminous conservatory, the ALTET chair and GRES high stool, paired with velvet sofas and wicker details, enhance its refined ambiance.
Both projects tell unique stories: the Locke Hotel reflects Berlin’s resilience and transformation, while Hôtel de Buci captures the sophistication of its cultural district. Expormim’s artisanal furniture enriches these spaces with elegance, warmth, and versatility, reaffirming Spanish design’s commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and cultural heritage in the hospitality industry.
