A passion for heritage: NANTES, the new collection from MARINER

As its name suggests, the amazing NANTES collection, one of the latest creations by Sergio Pérez for the firm, recalls the beautiful French city and its intriguing contrasts. The city is dominated by the Loire and the Erde rivers that flow gently and sinuously through the urban landscape contrasting sharply with the masculine volumes of its neo-classical buildings.

Inspired by 18^th-century French styles, the NANTES collection reflects this juxtaposition mixing sober, geometrical volumes, delicate ornaments and modern functionalities.

Pieces are embellished by geometric marquetry-work and bronze ornaments that blend perfectly with the delicate oak burl veneer. The fine design and the sinuous lines of the chairs evoke the feminine side of the collection, a variation specifically introduced to delight the eye.

NANTES dining room

In the dining room, statement pieces provide the space with character and style. A large display cabinet offers enough space for displaying the glassware, china or any other family treasure. Its large dimension is gently softened by the bronze decorations and the glass side panels.

The polished wooden dining table, which is available round or rectangular, is adorned with refined sycamore inlays and bronze ornaments. The table is complemented by a set of upholstered dining chairs whose frame is offered lacquered in black with precious gold leaf details.

The sideboard epitomizes the main stylistic features of the collection: its architectural design, the black lacquered frame with intricate golden ornaments, the bronze details and the elegant 18-century inspired feet and legs.

The lounge furniture elegantly marries classic refinement, comfort and innovative storage solutions.
