Orgatec 2026: From Rooms to Relationships – Designing Spaces in an Ever-Changing World
ORGATEC returns to Cologne from 27 to 30 October 2026, once again bringing together the international workplace and contract interiors community. Following the success of its 2024 edition, this leading global trade fair for contemporary workspaces will showcase a broad spectrum of solutions across around 140,000 m² of exhibition space, ranging from furniture and acoustic solutions to technology, lighting and innovative concepts for office and contract environments.
As digitalization, hybrid working models, sustainability and new forms of collaboration continue to reshape the way we work, ORGATEC 2026 will explore how spaces can evolve beyond pure functionality to become environments that encourage connection, creativity, collaboration and a sense of belonging.

From Focus Areas to a New Central Theme
While the 2024 edition structured its key trends around six specialized Focus Areas, ORGATEC 2026 introduces a new approach with, for the first time, an overarching central theme: “From rooms to relationships: designing spaces in an ever-changing world.” The concept places people and their relationships at the heart of workplace and contract design, reflecting the growing need for environments capable of responding flexibly to continuous social, technological and environmental change.
The theme is built around two global megatrends: Human-to-human experience and Transition. Together, they reflect a vision of spaces that combine human connection with flexibility, offering professionals new ideas and practical solutions for environments in constant transformation.

Their participation will showcase a broad range of solutions for contemporary workplace and contract environments, reflecting the diversity of Spain’s design and manufacturing industry.
From office furniture and seating to acoustic solutions, storage systems, connectivity and other specialized products, Spanish exhibitors will present their latest proposals, showing how manufacturers are responding to the evolving requirements of today’s work environments through design, functionality and innovation.
ORGATEC 2026 will be an excellent opportunity to discover firsthand the latest ideas and solutions from Spanish companies shaping the future of workplace and contract design.
