Orgatec 2026: INCLASS shapes new ways to work, meet and connect

A workplace is rarely just a place to work. People meet, concentrate, exchange ideas, take a break and move between different tasks throughout the day. At Orgatec 2026, Spanish furniture brand INCLASS will present its 2027 collection around this reality, introducing three completely new designs — ECUAN, HONO and KORI — alongside new developments of established families including KERN, PLANIA and ONDES.

Located close to the Mediterranean, INCLASS has been designing and manufacturing contemporary furniture since the late 1990s for work environments, public spaces and private interiors. The family-owned company works closely with international designers to create furniture with a clear focus on functionality, versatility and enduring design, combining local production with carefully selected materials and experienced craftsmanship.

This approach is particularly suited to today’s workplace, where the distinction between individual work, collaboration, informal meetings and moments of retreat is increasingly fluid. INCLASS develops its collections to move easily between these situations, creating interiors that feel considered and comfortable rather than overly prescriptive.

ECUAN Chair: natural comfort for the contemporary workplace

The first impression of ECUAN is one of calm. Designed by Brodbeck Koepp Design, this ergonomic chair brings a softer, more natural character to contemporary offices and home working environments, combining an organic silhouette with intuitive ergonomic features.

Its defining element is the symmetrical backrest, inspired by the shape of a natural leaf. The central vertical structure becomes the visual focus of the chair while incorporating the height adjustment of the lumbar support. This gives ECUAN a distinctive identity without compromising the clean, understated character of the design.

The chair is available with a black or grey structure and a wide choice of upholstery options. The backrest can be configured with a three-dimensional woven structure, available in four colours, or with a more traditional upholstered finish over a 3D support mesh. Advanced ergonomic features complete a chair designed to combine everyday comfort with a quietly distinctive presence.

HONO Modular System: creating privacy without closing people off

In an open workplace, privacy and connection are not necessarily opposites. HONO, designed by INCLASS Design, explores the space between the two with a modular architectural system of sofas, armchairs and tables surrounded by upholstered panels.

The enveloping panels create visual and acoustic separation, while different panel heights allow designers to control the degree of privacy and openness. The result can be a place for focused work, a quiet conversation or a small meeting, without turning the space into a closed room.

Soft, sculpted forms give HONO a welcoming presence, while its modular construction and broad range of finishes allow it to be configured for different corporate and public environments. It is a system designed to give people a sense of their own space while keeping them connected to the wider workplace.

KORI Swivel Chair: a softer seat for meetings and collaboration

KORI takes a different route to making the workplace feel more human. Designed by Florent Coirier, this collection of swivel armchairs brings rounded, organic forms to meeting, collaborative and executive settings.

Available in three backrest heights, KORI can be specified with refined injected aluminium armrests or fully upholstered armrests, depending on the desired character and level of comfort. Swivel versions can also include a tilt mechanism, adding movement and a more dynamic sitting experience.

Elegant and understated, KORI is designed to move comfortably between meeting rooms, collaborative areas and executive spaces, adding warmth without losing the formal clarity expected of contemporary workplace furniture.

KERN WOOD Modular Seating: bringing warmth to shared spaces

The established KERN family takes a warmer direction with KERN WOOD, designed by Pearson Lloyd. Natural wooden legs and new rounded modules introduce a softer, more organic character to the system, while retaining the modularity that allows it to adapt to different spaces.

The modules can be used individually or combined to create compositions for interaction, waiting and relaxation. Independent legs make individual elements easier to move and reconfigure, while intermediate legs create a cleaner, more continuous appearance.

With its combination of modular elements, finishes and configurations, KERN WOOD extends the possibilities of the existing family into contemporary corporate and hospitality interiors where flexibility and a more residential feel are increasingly important.

PLANIA II and PLANIA II WORK Tables: new landscapes for everyday work

INCLASS also expands the PLANIA family with solutions that respond to the changing demands of contemporary workspaces. PLANIA II is a versatile table programme designed around meeting, collaboration and connection. Available with oak or steel legs in three heights, a wide range of dimensions and numerous finishes, it can be configured with individual tops or continuous runs of virtually unlimited length. Integrated cable management and electrification options keep technology organised without disturbing the clean appearance of the table.

PLANIA II WORK takes the same design language into the workplace, introducing configurations for individual workstations, benching and desk sharing. Its combination of steel or wooden legs, configurable tops and practical accessories makes it suitable for offices where work settings need to change throughout the day.

Together, the two programmes offer a coherent approach to different workplace scenarios, from formal meetings to shared workstations, while retaining the light, timeless character of the PLANIA II family.

ONDES WORK Table: one table, more ways to work

With ONDES WORK, designer Jonathan Prestwich extends the ONDES family into the world of hybrid and collaborative work. Its purpose is simple: to make a table work across more than one situation.

The design sits somewhere between a conventional bench desk and a meeting table, allowing the same setting to support individual concentration, collaborative work, informal exchanges and meetings. Slender central feet combine with oval or rectangular tops that can be extended to create configurations suited to different project scales.

Integrated cable management keeps technology discreetly organised, while generous access points in the tops make connectivity straightforward. The result is a table with a calm visual presence that can adapt as the rhythm of the working day changes.

Looking towards the next workplace

With its 2027 collection, INCLASS is not abandoning the qualities that have defined its furniture over the years; it is extending them into new ways of working. ECUAN, HONO and KORI introduce fresh approaches to ergonomic seating, privacy and collaboration, while KERN WOOD, PLANIA II, PLANIA II WORK and ONDES WORK expand existing families to meet the growing demand for flexible, connected and more human workplaces.
